北漂香河房屋装修

2020年11月看房

看了香河荣盛白鹭岛 花语馨园 华夏幸福的孔雀河大运河 富力新城的房子 8w的预定金

2020年12月交首付

每平米10400，大概105平，送一个8w的车库券，目前没有车库售卖，有仓库卖也没用开始 首付38w，东拼西凑

2021年3月贷款审批下来

贷款71w，一共贷30年，利率5.15%,等额本息，一共换140w左右，每月约3800块

2021年5月中旬，准备收房，香河拿了贷款收据，办理收房手续，本来要去北京富力中心办理收房就OK，但是本着不着急，一直拖
2021年9月 正式收房，契税1.5%,公共维修资金9000，物业费2300一年
2021年中秋节，签订装修合同，包括地暖，一共58000元，合同交了13000元

还剩15000没交，一共交了2000元押金 + 11900的合同签订费用 + 8000的水电改造 +

2021年10月12日，正式装修，2000元押金，1000多的水电垃圾处理费
2021年11月6日，大雾，交首期装修款20000，水电改装8000元

网线超7类线 100m 每个卧室都装

2021年11月13日地暖安装

2021年12月12回北京，三亚玩了10天

2021年12月15验收，一团糟，装修偷懒

2022年1月10号姗姗来迟的验收，美缝没装，加1000不过没给钱还欠15000左右

2022年1月21日离职，来香河安装电灯和架设服务器，安装电灯，开关盒子，浴霸，马桶，花洒，还剩一个浴室盆未安装

2022年1月26日离职燕郊疫情，成功回北京

2022年3月5日- 2022年3月6日，给服务器安装pve失败，莫名其妙一直反复重启，安装好网络面板5个

2022年3月12日日周六，服务器损坏，500块损失
