It would be sweet to have a central place listing all the different Rails shops in STL, what they do, and how to get in contact.

This is a pretty straightforward feature from the technical POV, building out a Listing model, with roughly the fields: name, description, contact info.

The interesting part is this: once we have a directory of all the Rails shops, how will that be useful for people? What will people want to use it for? Defining these intents will help us decide exactly what the listing model looks like and what sort of prompt we'll need put in the form to make sure we have a useful directory.

so i made this issue to test if it works.

If you have an idea for the site that you'd like to help a new person pair through and pr in, then open a new issue and label it [undetermined]

Instead of a regular list of suggestions, it would be sweet if we had a 'bounty board' where people could add suggestions, but then others could add emphasis to which ones they like most.

This could have two versions:

1. Simple voting, where they're ranked via user votes. Then, we'll need to be able remove suggestions once they've been fulfilled.
2. Wallet voting, hook it up with Stripe and let people pay money to say, "I actually want this thing." The money could possibly go to: ArchRails costs (Meetup fee/hosting fee), Gag gift fund, or simply to charity.
