When i run the code with just

roms_grid_adjust_v2.m('myfile.nc')

it gives an error:

Unrecognized function or variable 'h'.

Error in roms_grid_adjust_v2 (line 55)
zsize=size(h);

But when I run the code by hand/piecemeal it is able to read h. So I'm not sure what causes this issue.

Get an error:

Unrecognized function or variable 'fcn'.

Error in ncmex (line 108)

Error in netcdf/open (line 20)

Error in netcdf (line 416)
result = open(result, thePermission);

Error in ncload (line 23)
f = netcdf(theNetCDFFile, 'nowrite');

Error in roms_grid_adjust_v2 (line 48)
ncload(ncfile);

In matlab when trying to run the code.
