Hi there,

There is alot of crossover with the most recent version [@neutrinojs/style-loader](https://github.com/mozilla-neutrino/neutrino-dev/tree/master/packages/style-loader), which supports alot of these features (extractCSS, custom loaders, css modules).

It might be nice to put a note in your README notifying users there is a first-party option, and what the differences are.

Or - if there are differences that make sense to add to @neutrinojs/style-loader, we'd love to see you PR them so the community is using a similar toolset and things are less fragmented.

I'm not sure this is neutrino-middleware-styles-loader's issue, but I really need some clarifications.
Here I'm trying to create a monorepo and bootsrap it with lerna. If lerna's hoist option is set to false everything works fine, but if it's true then I get

ERROR in ./src/App.js
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'style-loader' in '/projects/react-starter/apps/app1'
...

It there anything I can do about it?

I would like to make sure my class names fit this format: [name]__[local]--[hash:base64:5]

I'm not sure where to set localIdentName with postcss in this plugin.
