This kernel is failing on intel devices when it reaches as little as 10MiB of data

The queue seems to go corrupt as the clFFT kernel is put in to it. This problem seems isolated to Nvidia devices using the kernel launcher framework

Many combinations of local work group sizes lead to kernels not being able to launch. These failures return with '-1' and later in the analysis portion are filtered out.

This kernel does not work.

This kernel utilizes some openCL extensions only available to AMD devices
