Hi and thanks for your great work on mdl-reactjs.
I 've a problem with header drawer in my react component (react-mdl: 1.8.0).
When i add these code, i don't see any drawer button on the left (hamburger icon) :

            <Drawer>
                <Navigation>
                    <a className="mdl-navigation__link" href="">
                        <i className="fa fa-clock-o" aria-hidden="true" />
                        Horaires
                    </a>
                </Navigation>
            </Drawer>

Have you any example of a drawer please ?

Files names don't match their case when declared in lib/index.js. This causes issues for any linux or other case sensitive operating system.

I was trying to use your module in my project and was inundated with errors like this:

gulp-notify: [Compile Error] Cannot find module './Textfield.js' from '/home/andy/projects/react-photographic-memory/node_modules/mdl-reactjs/lib'
