Right now it is 5 minutes. No one is going to stay on the options page for that long.

If there is no valid data to render, do not show incomplete page.

This will get rid of most of the scrollbars in the popup.

In some case the the movies data is not refreshed even if the time has passed.

Investigate what happens if GET fails and handle it in the code.

Default language on options page shows undefined when updated extension is added.

View style settings does not seem to persist.

Preferences

• Default language: If the disabled language was default language, that needs to be adjusted.
• Notifications: If a language is hidden from the popup, the notifications for that language should also be turned off. Going one step further that language button should be disabled in notifications preference until that language is shown again.

Popup

• The carousel of languages will need to be adjusted.
• Notification count should be updated.

Every preference update triggers a refresh which creates a flurry of requests. Should figure out a way to limit the number.

Display actors, director, music information

Also the interaction does not work on options page

Starting chrome from scratch after rebooting shows all movies as new as it cannot access cookie store.

New movie should be styles as warning, but it doesn't work.

The color used for background to denote new movie is not prominent enough.

1. When a movie is removed and in its place an old movie pops back in, notification shows up.

Notification is shown for last two titles.

Give an option to search for other movies through popup window

Don't know the exact reason. Once the chrome was updated it, extension showed all movies as new movies.

1. Refresh interval
2. Default language

Uninstall and install the extenstion to repro

The notification on buttons is dismissed too quickly. Causes problems especially for default language.

For next release update regions.

Cookie value does not allow special characters like &. Include encoding and decoding to UTF-8.

Count is not cleared for every refresh; keeps on adding

If searches are submitted in quick succession, the results get mixed up. The cause is same as it was for issue#9.

Search for a movie such that results returned is large.
Switch language tab when results are still being returned.
Results will now be a mixture of latest movies of the new language selected and search results being returned for old language.

There are some cookies which were set when extension was not working as expected due to website changes.

• Fetch all the preferences from the manager.
• Handle default values better and in a consistent manner.
• Sync local variables when preferences updated from options page.
