E.g. if trie is configured with key length of 1 byte, maximum allowed integer key shall be 255.

Best place to address this at the current state appears to be at the creation of a leaf. (Exclusion of 0 to be clarified out of scope for this ticket.)

After installing Erlang for Ubuntu 16.04 and running the start.sh script I get this:
