Tweeter is a simple, single-page Twitter clone. New Tweets can be created by clicking the "Compose" button in the navbar. An error message will appear if the tweet is not valid (no text or over 140 characters). A new Tweet will contain the text of the Tweet, an avatar, a username, a handle and how long ago the tweet was created. Tweets are displayed in reverse-chronological order.

1. Install dependencies using the npm install command.
2. Start the web server using the npm run local command. The app will be served at http://localhost:8080/.
3. Go to http://localhost:8080/ in your browser.
