Currently we seem to run out of memory around 100k LOC.
Look at the Arguments class since this is inefficient

As a user, I would like to be able to de-obfuscate the code of a map so that it is more readable.

Currently the syntax tree deletes comments; this was done primary for simplicity's sake, and done before the scope of the program increased significantly.

I want to fix this now.

Basic plan:

• Change Preprocessor so that it doesn't clear comments
• Add a "comment" piece to the AbstractNode and make the read method clear & store comments there
• Finally add it on when toString is called (determine how...)

As a developer, I want the syntax tree to be mutable so that I can have better performance for the end user.

Write benchmarks for both time & space usage to see what I can improve.

As a user, I would like GUI-based BlizzardJass commands to be converted into regular JASS command representations so that my map runs more efficiently.

As a user, I would like the tool to be able to read a war3map.wts file and combine those strings into the war3map.j so that I don't have to reference two files when reading Strings.
