It would be ideal to go back to the original build process, aka one tsconfig.json which builds all files via npm run build, without the need of build.js

Building the files were possible to do that way (see previous commits), although we would need all the client files to be built into the same lua file, etc
Since FiveM does not support require, which is what is used otherwise.
