Action does not recognize/annotate two errors on the same line

I just added this to my project and discovered that it doesn't annotate errors on the same line.

I had these errors

But the action just showed one error

Error: Parameter should start on a newline
Error: ktlint with 1 error

Technically fixing the one error does fix both errors, but there's no way the action could know that. The action should list and annotate both errors.

Update to Node 20

When running this action, I get this warning

Node.js 16 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 20: yutailang0119/action-ktlint@v3.
