I use the compileSdkVersion 28. The vpn is working in other android OS except with pie. It crashes! What seems to be the problem?

Hi, the app works until now, even in Android 10 devices.

The problem is, the app works in every Android version if we use target api or compile sdk with 28.

If we use compileSdk 29 then the vpn will not connect.

In August, the store requires all app to target api 29, do you plan to update this repo?
