该错误似乎是由于高版本的MySQL所导致的问题

[MySQL]无法连接到MYSQL服务器
该错误的解决方案
位于MySQL的配置目录：C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0
使用文本编辑软件打开my.ini
在对应节中添加代码，并保存：
[client]
default-character-set = utf8mb4
[mysql]
default-character-set = utf8mb4
[mysqld]
character-set-client-handshake = FALSE
character-set-server = utf8mb4
collation-server = utf8mb4_unicode_ci
重启服务器或重启MySQL对应服务，重新运行服务器即可
