TLD C++第二版
1、基本每个核心处理函数都有改动，多而杂乱，就不一一列举了
2、在TLD_dataset上的测试结果比上一版有明显改进，但是仍然不及作者原版的MATLAB代码效果好
3、写了一个简要的说明文档，结合代码注释应该会更加易读一些
4、这次只提供了源码文件，需要各位自己建立工程
5、考虑到有些人不用QT，这次给出了QT和VS两种配置方案。需要注意的是，不管使用哪个环境，请务必在release模式下运行，而不是debug，否则电脑肯定会卡死
(release会对代码运行做优化）
