In AudioRecorder, there is a delay between calling recorder.start() and recording actually beginning (as measured by calling performance.now() in onstart event), and likewise for recorder.stop(). This causes the audio duration to be shorter than the cue duration, and for them to be misaligned.

but it may not be possible to do this on the client. In which case, the solution may be (unfortunately) to force all other recorders to update their timings once audio recording has finished.

3. Click somewhere else on the page
