• These species all have high HP and good defensive aptitudes, so the goal is to develop each species into something distinct.
• Minotaur is different from them by being universally bad at magic, universally good at weapons, and possessing headbutt.
• Ha arguably has some overlap with these races as well, though it is also Small and resistant to mutation.
• LO quirks are many, centered around their heat benefits.
• DD quirks include damage shaving, fantastic apts across the board, and no healing. They could stand to be nerfed, possibly.
• HO seems to be in a pretty good place in trunk, despite being just an apt race, but perhaps Df could use a gimmick so as to not be yet another apt race.
• Dwarves and Orcs in general are somewhat set apart by preferring mace+shield, or axe, respectively.

It is possible for Vehumet to gift spells the player already has in their library. The particular case was a LOFE getting Inner Flame, a spell also in the FE starting book. Run died before I could try learning Inner Flame to see what would happen.

• These species all have low HP and good magic aptitudes, so the goal is to develop each species into something distinct.
• Mf and Te are mostly identical to trunk - the flying / swimming gimmicks already help to differentiate them. Apt-wise, they have a somewhat unique array of very high and low apts.
• HE quirks include better trap perception, and blade + bow versatility.
• The new DE quirk is a 40% reduction to all noise.
• The SE quirk is perma-Evolve. They can also worship Beogh, but that will rarely matter.
• There may be a bit too much apt overlap between SE and Mf.
• There may be a bit too much apt overlap between HE and Te.

• Now imps have an impish blinkitis, instead of teleportitis.
• As an upside, item-based *tele is also converted into blinks.
• Now imps gain many of their racial traits at level 7 and level 13. These numbers are somewhat associated with stereotypical demonic imagery. More importantly, this means you don't have to deal with full-strength blinkitis and shoutitis at level 1, when you don't have much equipment/consumables.
