Gee4 is now removed from the CRAN

Dear @ypan1988 , is there any hope to fix it and restore to the CRAN?

Package ‘gee4’ was removed from the CRAN repository.
Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.

Archived on 2021-02-05 as issues were not corrected despite reminders.

EM-means for the WGEE models.

Dear Authors,
Would it be possible to add the support for the EM-means? It works with GEE, but not with WGEE yet. This would enable to use the advantages of GEE on MAR data.
