We should travis-ify all the new open source projects we start.

Adding a resolveWith helper is nice for situations where a promise is resolved, but we want to resolve the promise with different data. For instance say a userDeleted promise is resolved with undefined, but we want to resolve it with the id of the user that was deleted:

var deleteUser = function(user) {
  var userDeleted = user.delete();
  return userDeleted.then(resolveWith(user.id));
};

This is useful for legacy code that doesn't necessarily jive well with promises.

Thoughts?

This repo seems like it's becoming a dumping ground for various helper functions that are only related to one another in that they are used in the context of promises. The original two methods (wrap and notify) are very promise-focused, but now we've added object manipulation and console logging.

If our goal is to have small installable clients, let's not get caught in this trap.

What does the insert function do? Could we rename it to be more explicit as to its purpose?
