此「資料庫」建立於2023年2月23日。 由於本人偶爾會遇到手機信號太弱/無移動網絡訊號等情況出現，而需要連接校園內的WiFi來使用，但是大部分的WiFi都設有密碼。 因此決定創立一個共享的資料庫，讓大家可以互相分享自己擁有的WiFi密碼，實現校內「WiFi自由」
