Please note projects/ is a shared vagrant folder, so I'm afraid this could be the issue. It is a native windows folder and I suppose it does not allow : symbol in names.

Not sure if you've seen my latest comment. A colon is an invalid character for a Windows file name. Could you please consider switching the name to a more common one? :) That would allow your vagrant users to use the package also.

I'm afraid I'm not prepared to commit this change to the repo.

The reason is that this package is designed to be an atmosphere package, but unfortunately it's not possible with the api to use it the way I want. When the api is changed, I will upload it and it will no longer be part of this repo.

If you wanted to, you could rename the package in the folder to bootstrap and do a global search/replace yogiben:bootstrap -> bootstrap.
