The run_analysis.R file has the code for loading the data of the project and generates two tables. At the beginning of the code, a setwd is placed to easy the process of run the code. The code first loads the data and does the merging, then filter the variables and refine the names of the variables and the activites, producing a first data set. From this data set, the second one with the average of variable per activity and subject is calculated and the resulting data set is printed to a file.
