If you just want to read the results, look at the report.

How to use this repo

  • install OpenBLAS and PAPI. You will also need numpy and jupyter notebook for running python code
  • modify the Makefile and create 'data' and 'res'. folders in this project dir or download these two folders from here
  • If you did not download my data, generate the data using this notebook
  • ./run.sh (will make the evaluate.c and do all the experiments)
  • run this notebook to see the results of the experiments
