hi i saw a posting today regarding driver height cant rember who posted it any way this is how it works and it is vital to sucess ok if your chasis shows up red over the drivers legs this means the driver is to tall for the car this will lead to the driver not full filling his potential and crashing making errors later in the race as well as he is getting cramp .ok now to if it shows yellow the car is to long for the driver this does not have a negitve effect on the driver however this means the car is not fullfilling its potential as if you shorten it you will dramaticly reduce the cars weight without losing much stability and df. also rember to take into consideration driver height this is why when you start the game you get to seprate chasis(monacope) one for each driver i build one for each of my drivers or if you want to save money get two drivers the same height and develop one for them.if you dont see either of these colours well done you have got it right.years ago i worked out the calculation but have forgot now i will work it out this week and post it for you guys.

ok i see some of you cant motivate your engeniring staff to do this you must employe the maximum amount of personel for that department and make sure they are 5 stars so when you go to the screen where you hire engeners fire all bellow 5 star then start filling the department until it gets to where the total employed goes red then fire 1 this should now be white agin this department is now at full strength and also i add a £200 bonus and increse the salery by about 10k this makes even my team that has only scored a few points max motivation and very high happines, as for diver motivation only finishing races help and the more they score the more it increases but going out of the race is the worst possible thing for motivation
