It would really help users outside of japan if there was an english version of the readme. Why english?
A big % of the human population speaks it.

I am bilingual and it is my second language, but it is by far my biggest access point to information on the web.

In many countries you can get by by knowing it - since it is the second language. Whereas japanese - well, it can help you only if you are visiting japan. For my case I guess specifically european countries are a good example.

A lot of programming documentation on the web is written in english too.

Your readme contains image files, which google translate doesnt pick up on - so even with that it is kind of a black box
