I have fixed compilation errors. I am now working on runtime errors. Which are pretty much md-thing -> mat-thing. I'm hoping to have it finished by Monday. I would merge your stuff. I'll pull before I make a PR.

I actually won't be able to get this in unfortunately. @dchenier Could you work with Steven to make sure his PR gets through when he submits it? We should deploy too if possible.

It's going to be a bit longer, because I actually have a Christmas party and family dinner scheduled this weekend. Finishing this PR is a priority to me though, so it will be soon.

update: got a render!

update: got the user facing side working and admin/data + admin/keys.
admin/programs + admin/screener might be a pain.

programs is being a pain. Hoping I wont have to do a refactor just to get it working.
