Describe the bug

When releasing a new version (creating a new tag on /x) the shield is outdated for a long time. Last time it took almost a week until it would update. This time it's been half an hour so far, and the change is still pending. Is there a way to force-update the badge? We publish dually on both npm and /x and it looks bad if the Deno version is always behind for days.

Reproduction

Visit https://github.com/grammyjs/grammY and look at the shields. (If it depends on the location, I know that both Germany and Norway are affected.)

https://shields.io provides following badge styles: flat (default), flat-square, plastic, for-the-badge, social.

currently shield.deno.dev lacks styles other than flat, soft-locking other available badge styles in order to maintain uniform style.

Suggested solution

• accept additional query parameter, style compatible with shields.io.
• provide a selector near Copy Markdown button to choose between badge styles.

provide shield.deno.dev/std/ for compatible std version.

• the page is using outdated std (0.147.0, compared to latest 0.210.0)
• serve is deprecated and will be removed in deno 1.0.0
