Docs: API documentation

What's up! Since we're probably going to increase the people working on the project (FE and BE), let's try to organize a way to improve our API documentation.

I saw a couple of suggestions on Discord channel and here it goes:

IMHO I don't like that much of using annotations since it makes the controller "dirty", however if we transform the Controller into invokable and work under 1 action per controller, it wouldn't be that bad.

Please let me know some thoughts about that as well :D
