Is there a 2D version

Not an issue!!!

Is there a 2D version of Incompact, i'm planning to do some simulations in a 
periodic 2D box

The inflow/outflow condition cause the NaN problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I perform the experiment with the channel flow just according to the 
official code
2. And then I tried to modify the boundary condition(0 2 0) to (2 2 0),so that 
I can add the inflow and outflow condition.I did the modify because I found 
that if nclx==2(incompact3d.f90),then the inflow/outflow is added in the 
simulation. 
3. Oohs,sucks!  I tried to track the result with times going on, but the 
divergence U move to NaN.  Later on,I check the boundary conditions of the 
computational domain in the 《high order compact  schemes ...》:"The use of 
the Dirichlet conditions on the velocity(for no-slip or open conditions)need to 
be defined acoording to the time advancement procedure".
4. So,I vim the schemes.f90,but I don't know how to modify it,can someone give 
me some ideas?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

   My expected output is the turbulent development process,rather than the Tollmien–Schlichting wave(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tollmien%E2%80%93Schlichting_wave) with the parallel flow assumption.

Isn't it the DNS result? Are there something wrong in my post processing?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried to do the simulation with channel flow procedure(phisical 
size:4×pi,2,2*pi  grid size:128*129*84) .In the end, I can get the 
ux001-ux030,uy001-uy030,uz001-uz030,pp001-pp030,vort001-vort030 etc binary data 
file.
2. Then I use the pathline.f90(in the attach files),to translate the binary 
data to ascii data,in order that I can watch the data with Tecplot
3. But the results show that It isn't my ideal expectation output. The result 
isn't perfect!  I don't know whether there are something wrong in my post 
processing?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   My expected output : more clear flow field structure information is shown than the LES/DES.
   What I saw is the coarse output without enough flow field message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
   Incompact3d under UbuntuKylin13.10

    vort30.jpg is the file generated at the the 30th time step.
