Error: bad interpreter when running with npx

URL is not defined?

Hi guys, brilliant idea to solve what many struggle with.

Somehow I am falling in a error that I don't know how to fix. Would you know if there is a quick solution for it please?

URL is not defined

Not working on Windows 10

I tried the command to setup multiple registries and did not work. Then I tried passing the -h flag and had the same problem. I think npx can't get the PATH on Windows 10. My colleague is using on linux without any problem.
