Update my personal resume to reflect:

1. Additional projects I have done at LT
2. Open source projects that I have contributed to:
   • Apache Airflow
   • PyAthena
   • Flask-AppBuilder
   • rustls
   • pandas
3. That I have learned Rust and gotten half decent

Let's rebuild the legacy resume with bootstrap 5. The legacy resume is stored under /legacy-resume.html.

Decompose the single page resume into the following parts:

• The global layout: header and body, minor and major. Responsiveness is done within the layout: on mobile-screen all components are stacked in a single column, but on any larger screen, the 3-column layout is used.
• The individual component: the skill section, a single skill cluster, education section, etc.
• The content: what skill, what education, what experience

The layout will be stored under _layouts. Individual components will be stored under _includes. The content will be stored under _data.

The header is making the layout difficult to align, especially with contact information.

Instead, make the resume asymmetric 2 column (col-3 and col-9).

Also make the resume responsive.
