Hi,

This version deployed on Maven defines a dependency on commons-codec 1.9, which has known vulnerabilities. While from my point of view this doesn't seem, in this particular case, to be anything security-critical, the dependency should probably be upgraded and a new version pushed to Maven.

Add to PLC.java:

Hello, how can I write a single boolean value? I see that all data interaction is in byte, so if you write boolean in this way, you will write 8 addresses at once, is there any way?
