rand() is more faster now.

Caching cap files is not done at all.
Caching dictionnary files is not done with random generator.

This leads to a great performance loss when generating several names.
For example, 2000 random names are generated in 1.8 sec, and with proper caching in 60ms (x30).

Improving usability by calling the generator via statics methods. Mudnames will auto create an instance of itself and then instantiate the new main object Mudnames_Dictionnaries.

I am downloading the ZIP and extracting. I then FTP contents to server and then run mudnames.php.

Result:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting ')' in public_html/demo/phpMudnames-master/mudnames.php on line 429

Current PHP version: 5.2.172.0
