OpenAPI support

Incompatibility with CDI spec

I tried to put that example of the project in a simple web application and deployed it in wildfly 30.

The deployment failed due the lack of a no-arg constructor in class TransactionalValidator.

Caused by: org.jboss.weld.exceptions.UnproxyableResolutionException: WELD-001435: Normal scoped bean class io.xlate.jsonapi.rvp.internal.validation.boundary.TransactionalValidator is not proxyable because it has no no-args constructor - Managed Bean [class io.xlate.jsonapi.rvp.internal.validation.boundary.TransactionalValidator] with qualifiers [@Any @Default].
