So upon jailbreaking with the new extra_recipe b3 spa provided by qwertyoruiop on https://yalu.qwertyoruiop.com I have not been able to connect with my hearing aid while substrate is enabled. This was not an issue with mach portal and it is caused by extra_recipe because I have tried turning off all tweaks and it still doesn't connect. And turning off substrate and installing mach portal makes connecting to my hearing aid work again.

Which license is this project under?

Could I get a link to a compiled version or be told how to compile it with Theos on IOS? I don't have a Mac

Many saying iPhone 7 Plus now worked for their i7+, and so I gave extra_recipe a try.

Apperantly, the extra_recipe does say:

iPhone 7 (Plus) 10 up to 10.1.1

But extra_recipe just closed after I hit "go", after multiple try, it still doesn't work...

Maybe the the one worked are iPhone9,2 and not iPhone9,4??

I don't get what the app is supposed to do normally so I thought playing around with it and defining WANT_CYDIA, since this seems to mount / as rw and launching the daemons or at least get SSH?

Well if the exploit succeeds the app crashes with WANT_CYDIA

recently, I lost my compiled working version of extra_recipe for my iPad Air 2. (it worked 1 month ago with the compiled version I had since extra_recipe is out)
Sadly, I have no mac and my friends either have no macs also or don't want to share their macs for installing xcode, debugging etc. I can use the mac from my work - I'm very limited here.

I don't know how to get a compiled ipa in xCode (note: I do not own a paid developer subscription). Google doesn't help. When I try to debug extra_recipe on my ipad, I'm getting "Failed to allocate fixed mapping: (os/kern) no space available" in jailbreak.c line 213.

I am a programmer, but this level is too high for me. Any help would be awesome.

This is most likely only a fix for iPhone 7 users, but can iPhone 6 users get some love with these new exploits as well? Yalu is truely unstable with daily kernel panics from myself, as well as others. Are the kernel panics between devices related?

iphone7+, never had a success jb

• tries 30 time each time before going for yalu
• I tried beta 3 and 4
• disable gps, findmyiphone, passcode
• airplane mode

• Clean reboot the device, wait for a couple of minutes, start extra_recipe, wait for 5 seconds or so, then hit "go".

b4 never say "failed, reboot", just simply close the app.
b3 it just hangs over there or reboot

I can't think of a thing that I haven't tried.
Does extra_recipe generate a log that we can see what's happening?
I suppose figuring out this will definitely improve the success rate.

A lot of sources link to your extra_recipe like a key to jailbreak 10.0.0 . Everybody think 10.0.X jailbroken by you. Can you fix that and add support 0.0? I know you write iOS 10.0.1 -> iOS 10.1.1, but 10.0.X everywhere... so 10.0.0 may be forgotten by other hackers :(

4K devices running extra_recipe still exhibit some of the same stability problems yalu102 had.

Seems the kernel patches might need some modifications to fix the issues.

after using the extra_recipe beta 4 version, since we have to use a dev / free appleID to sideload the ipa in the i7, is there a way to sign in back using our personal icloud acc?
Using the free appleID makes all my stock apps like photos and camera keep crashing:(.

Any advice?

app doesnt crash to tell you that you are jailbroken and having to guess whether cydia works

i have a huge battery drain even in non-substrate mode by the daemons EscrowSecurityalert, mobilassetd useractivityd & wcd which sometimes uses 100 % of my cpu.. So I wonder if this could be related to extra_recipe?

Is there any way of making it compatible with this device, cuz the kernel panics are very terrible !
The homies OothecaPickle and arinc9 already searched many offsets for me and OP. compiled it also to an app but nothing worked. I've got some logs if you need them, may be you can help, cuz they said (sadly) they can't do much anymore.
