Confusing browse Jobs UI (border between job entries)

The UI for browsing jobs is a little confusing/distracting. Its not immediately clear if the clickable rectangle with the Title/Company in it is part of the job details above or below it (unless you are looking at the 1st entry). So as you scroll it gets more confusing. There are horizontal lines, but they are everywhere ;)
An additional visual cue/delineator might be nice.

Typo

On the jobs posting page : "Remeber, you may only have five open jobs at a time on Ninja Jobs. "

Job navigation improvement suggestion

So paging through 145 jobs. It might be nice to think about adding another set of navigation buttons. (<<) Beginning, End (>>)

So

Beginning(<<), Back a page(<), Next page (>), End (>>)

Additionally allowing a choice for how many to display on the page might be nice.

Longer fields for text boxes please

My job descriptions tend to be intentionally wordy so as to not be boring and dry to read. Would it be possible to up the limits on the "Full Position Description" and "Desired Skills and Experience" fields? They're at 2000/1000 now. Could they both be doubled?

Add Seach for job descriptions etc..

Search is a pain in the dick. Probably this won't happen, but if people actually use this and volume of position goes >100 then it may be needed. I think selectable sorting of positions should be good enough though, maybe combined with more selectable number of jobs per page in browsing view.

Delete Job Code from the Application

Remove the NINJA08 code from the allowed job codes in the application. Going forward you may want to scrub your screenshots before uploading them to GH. Here is the image with the info in it: #8

Cool idea, but don't know if I should be trusted ;)

Upload resume as document

It would be good to be able to upload resumes as documents instead of just copy/paste so that formatting can be preserved. Both doc and PDF would be good.

Add Ability to reset password

The most common and secure way to reset a password is to allow the user to click a reset button link. Then next step is that they would enter the username/email address they want to reset. This would cause the backend system to generate a unique code and send an email to your registered account with a link that uses this code as a query parameter. This code should be large enough so it can't be reasonable brute forced, and is not tied to the username or the time on the system. use a secure rand function. If you need help I'd be happy to suggest how to do this. The user's account password is not reset until the registered user clicks on the link and is sent to a reset password page where they are asked to reset their password, one field for password, one for verification password. Upon clicking reset, the user's password is then reset and they are redirected to the login page.
