enhancer's Issues

Problem with importing project

"RequestScriptReload" wasn't found when in imported the project.
i couldn't fine the veiw for it on the project setting
im in 2019.2.81f they didn't have a import form a git hub link so i imported it from the download

error message :
"\enhancer-master\enhancer-master\Editor\Theme\ThemeManager.cs(99,16): error CS0117: 'EditorUtility' does not contain a definition for 'RequestScriptReload' .

What if, "high contrast" instead of "dark"?

The linked issue tracker says that it should not have "a perfect recreation of the Dark Theme". Well, maybe their nominal objection (although, we suspect their actual motive is something else...) is that the theme is their intellectual property (copyright). But what if you add a high-contrast theme instead? A lot of IDE's now provide that. For example, IntelliJ-based IDE's (such as Android Studio) have that, and Visual Studio Code has that. I have been using such high-contrast themes, because usually a "dark theme" makes texts difficult to read (grey text on darker grey background) when the screen brightness is low.

So, if you add a high-contrast theme, for what reason can they ban it? Unless they have an explicit rule that prevents modifying the looks of the editor's UI... You could even argue that this is actually an accessibility feature. Some people do have a vision problem that cannot discern low-contrast objects...

[Feature Request] Font style and size?

In the original Editor Skinning Thread, there was some initial work done to be able to change fonts, but it doesn't seem those work in recent versions of Unity.

I'm making this request because it is commonly needed to change the font size, especially in Unity, where the font size are notoriously small to begin with. In addition, the ability to switch fonts styles, in particular monospace fonts contribute to readability and editing.

Thank you for reading.

Progress window remain Open after switching

When I click the switch, progress window in which it says hold on... stays open after the progress bar get completed.
UI theme switch perfectly but the wndow stays open.
I'm Using version 0.3.5 on Unity 2019.3.10f1 personal.

thanks.

Manual way to reset / reverse the changes made by the enhancer

I used to use the enhancer to set the editor into dark mode.

Eventually, the project was upgraded into a newer editor version that had the dark theme included. However, I think there are still lasting effects of the style override in the project even if the enhancer was removed as a package in the project.

In macOS in particular, the editor is too dark, almost unusable. But I did take note that in new projects made with the same Unity version, it doesn't happen. I also took note that initially, the windows are unedited, but are darkened when interacted with.

I hope to get some help regarding this!

Thank you!

I found a bug where Timeline window is not working with the Dark Theme. (V0.3.4)

Window -> Sequencing -> Timeline

I find this out when I am using Cinemachine 2.5.0 with Unity 2019.3.12f1

Editor Enhancer settings and Git

It would be great to share some settings via git (for example Execute Menu Item commands).
As i understand, right now we can keep all settings only locally.

No Dark Theme in Input Actions Properties panel

Hi @xeleh and thanks for the amazing package!

I've noticed an issue with the Input Actions asset editor missing styling for the dark theme, screenshot below:

The versions I'm using:

Unity: 2019.3.13f1
Input System: 1.0.0
Editor Enhancer: 5e1d0a2

Thanks!
