Patch 5.0.4 is missing in the current code as it was released on a other branch and not correctly migrated.

The XAPI dependency will be split into a non-fx part (xapi) and a fx part (xapi-fx) in version 6.

We have to update the dependencies inside the library once they are released.

The current artifact-version is set to 6.0.0 but the included XAPI still uses 5.0.3...

create github actions to deploy to maven central via master.

The XDEV IDE needs a fat jar with all dependencies.
Not sure how to deal with JIDE dependencies for the fat jar, yet ...

use mvn install-Pxdev-build to build the project. The credentials for the xdev repo must be added in github actions.

As JFrog Artifactory is getting terminated we need to move to GitHub packages.
