Get redirects from Toolserver about xtools-legacy HOT 11 CLOSED

The path ~soxred93/images has been fixed in .css. Requests should stop now. If so, no redirect for this resource will be necessary. I'll check this again.

I can redirect soxred93s queries to the xtools i guess thats fine.

Please keep in mind that http://www.toolserver.org/~tparis/pcount/ is still redirected somewhere else which is relevant as long as tparis account is not expired. Is that fine?
