赞同，weekly这部分若是需要实施起来，是否能协作分工一下，每个人写自己的weekly work，然后由某个人汇总一下再输出。否则最后可能的结果就是。一周内容可能就只有：
- 召开了xxxx会议，达到了xxxx效果。

好，我们尽量用主动的方式来做这个，配合一些任务的分配，效率和动力还是不一样的，我们边尝试边实践~
