To support last version of ternjs, the JSON Type Definition must contains !name in the root of this json. See issue at ternjs/tern#527

It should be cool if you could rename your git project to tern-titanium.

Indeed last version of ternjs gives the capability to load external plugin by using this convention. See http://ternjs.net/doc/manual.html#plugin_third_party

If you accept to do that, I will do a PR with package.json to gives the capability to load your titanium tern plugin in an external folder. After that if you store teh titanium.json in teh github, users will beable to install your plugin with npm.
