https://tools.wmflabs.org/citations/ ) currently works only on en.wp (a clone on eu.wp), while License bot is to work on Wikidata.

They plan to have the info available in (Northern) spring 2014.

Note Sumana is attentive to Labs stuff. Ask @wrought or @notconfusing for more details if needed.
