Hi Getting codecs_charmap_decode -- UnicodeDecodeError : Charmap codec cant decode byte 0.8d in position 195 while trying to use the predict images.

please advise how to fix this error.

1. Converted base64 to opencv image
2. Conver opencv numpy to PIL
3. Rest of the functionality where torch is being is going over my head.

I don't want to fetch images from folder rather from in memory base64 string.
