is there any way to make object oriented programming like changing the transparency of the baseplate for exemple? because i couldn't find anything like that at all.

Was looking at the best way to make GUI elements fade in and out. Looks like it's the TweenService, as described here: https://devforum.roblox.com/t/how-do-you-make-a-fading-intro-text-gui/452747

This requires a table with fields set on it, so that will be interesting to figure out the best way to represent.

I think this would involve exporting functions from modules that are available in scripts and localscripts. Now that I have a better handle on how to make dynamic updates to blocks with mutators, this shouldn't be too hard.

Add a feature similar to scratch where you can save block snippets (chunks of preassembled blocks) to a backpack that can be reused in other scripts. Probably good if these can have descriptive names. For now these won't be exportable (so users can share them) but that would probably be a good thing for the future.

any chance to make this Scratch-like (or Scratch-junior) in terms of commands having icons enabling young kids who don't read or write yet? (but know block programming)

These are especially fun because they require a UI popup to specify variable parameter names. I discovered while looking into this that Blockly has a new serialization system based on JSON, so after I am done upgrading bloxcode to use the new serialization system, I'll move ahead on this.

Need to add capabilities of the task library. Currently Bloxcode is using raw wait() and spawn() functions, which are deprecated. Also need to add additional functions of the task library like delay().

Add a button to Bloxcode that causes it to disconnect from roblox studio. The same button should reconnect if clicked again.

so i did what the guide says and added the script into serverstorage but it just does nothing.

It worked before, but it doesn't bring up the gui anymore. Help?

Built up a complicated script in one object and realized it was the wrong one. It would be nice to be able to move the code, or copy/paste it between objects.
