create a whitelist of valid gcodes/gcode usages and throw an error when an unsupported one is detected in post process

Currently only the first extruder is primed. All Active extruders should be primed (Inactive one first). Alternatively, keep it as only priming the first extruder and use a wipetower (needs a hack to get relative extrusion distances to work on ffc3)

FP5 has a default first layer travel speed of 70mm/s. Prusaslicer doesnt support this. this causes issues when printing first layers as the wipe speed is based off of the travel speed and too fast of a wipe on first layer will rip small features off the bed. These wipes happen even if wipes are disabled.

ex. if no filament offset is parsed from the custom gcode blocks, then it crashes

Looks like some layers are being detected as 0 layer height?

possibly related to missing comments in gcode that flashforge expects

Delete any heating code if extruder is:

1. the "UNUSED" fake extruder
2. not ever switched to, even if the profile hasnt selected unused

in scenario 2, it should emit a warning in the PP script

have it print out supported gcodes that are not in the whitelist implemented in #13 and also any comments in the code or unhandled lines

need to post process m118 in startup code and also set M109 based off of mode
