为何不能开机自动引导

请问我每次开启后 都停留在boot引导界面， 必须要按一下回车才能正常开始引导， 是为何呀， 谢谢

同样硬件配置下，DVA1622能正常安装DSM。DVA3221提示格式化硬盘失败，网上很多人都有这个问题呢，能解决吗？因为需要用到DVA3221的监控人脸识别。
