Better describe the meaning of each activity multiplier for non-Desktop users

On desktop, hovering over a select option in the activity level dropdown will show a title tooltip describing how much exercise corresponds with that activity level. On mobile, this isn't as user-friendly.

Need to add some text below that describes the activity levels:

  • Sedentary = BMR x 1.2 (sedentary, little to no exercise at all)
  • Lightly active = BMR x 1.375 (light exercise 1-3 days per week)
  • Moderately active = BMR x 1.55 (moderate exercise 6-7 days per week)
  • Very active = BMR x 1.725 (hard exercise every day, or multiple workouts per day)
  • Extra active = BMR x 1.9 (hard exercise 2 or more times per day, or hours of moderate cardio)

It may also be wise to allow users to customize their activity multiplier for those who feel they fall in between two of the categories. That would require another form input (number).
