themes's Introduction

Fig adds autocomplete to your terminal.

As you type, Fig pops up subcommands, options, and contextually relevant arguments in your existing terminal on macOS.

😎 Get Started

Setup:

Click here to fork this repo.
Clone your forked repo and create an example spec

# Replace `YOUR_GITHUB_USERNAME` with your own github username
git clone https://github.com/YOUR_GITHUB_USERNAME/themes.git fig-themes
cd fig-themes

# Add withfig/themes as a remote
git remote add upstream https://github.com/withfig/themes.git

Now run cp template.json themes/<name>.json and start editing your new theme 😊
If you want to try out your theme locally you will need to first copy the theme to your local folder using

cp themes/<name>.json "$(fig theme --folder)"

fig theme <name>

Testing instructions for Linux/Windows

the readme says to copy the theme file to /Users/<your_username>/Library/Application\ Support/fig/themes/themes, where is that for other platforms?

bug: Solarized Light theme highlight doesn't match preview

Checks

I have searched github.com/withfig/fig/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
I have run fig doctor in the affected terminal session
I have run fig restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

macOS 13.3.1 (22E261)

Expected behaviour

The highlight for a selection in fig when using Solarized Light theme matches preview in settings:

Actual behaviour

The highlight is blue, kind of like MacOS right click menu blue; often hard to see the highlighted option:

Steps to reproduce

Set theme to solarized light
open terminal or vscode
start typing, see fig pop up
highlighted option in fig is not what's expected
