unsafe for parallel execution
Most filesystem access is unsafe for parallel execution (instances of the script running in parallel). Need to:
- uniqify default ${TMP}
- save xsd somewhere sane
- uniqify default log file
earliestDatestamp
Can I get the parameter earliestDatestamp instead from/until?
validation of oai repositories
- try to download all pages and validate based on xsd
- metadataFormats: check if repository prefix exists
- listSets: check if repository set exists
- listRecords: check if granularity can be queried as well as yyyymmdd
- listRecords from: check if first record header timestamps >= from
