Based on edit item i edited item index 1 to module code cs2105 and message shwon was successfully changed. however the module code did not appear.

Perhaps if its empty for v1.3 it shouldn't be left in the UG. Or there should be a [in process]

In this screenshot, it shows that an item with module code cs3231 is added, but I cannot see it on task list. Perhaps due to GUI restrctions, i cannot scroll down when the top sections are opened.

In the UG it does not state that the Month must start with a captial letter.

In FAQ it writes: Q1: How do I transfer my data to another Computer?
A: Install the app in the other computer and overwrite the empty data file it creates with the file that contains the data of your previous Address Book folder.

Should be JELPHABot instead of address book

Calendar: I did not enter any task in December 2010. However when I do calendar Dec-2010 the task for Apr 3, CS 3230 and CS3430 should not show.

Since this is a black-box testing, so the testers do not know your code. I feel that the issue isn't in your code implementaion but perhaps due to how GUI works. GUI may be abit buggy such as - long delay before showing updates / unable to scroll down.

In section 1.3 the guide on how to use user guide is good and the symbols should Additional information perhaps should be used here to inform the user.

In the screenshot it showed be done 11 was already done but in the GUI card it is still marked as incomplete.

Under DateTime, should the timer start from today's date 3 Apr 2020 instead of Jan 1 2020?

I have completed tasks but the GUI is not showing as intended.

In UG it states "grouped by date by default". A minor issue found is that it doesn't group by date as seen in screenshot.
